the breakfast selection was wide and wonderful. i savored eggs with toast and fresh veggies, a good start to my day. the staff, including francis, henry, and sam, were attentive and provided wonderful in-room dining.
the sink faucet in my room dripped a bit, slightly annoying.

the staff were enthusiastic and polite. the hotel prepared a baby cot. the breakfast buffet had good taste. the location is convenient, next to the mrt mongkok.
the blackout curtains had a slit, so light came in.

the staff was friendly and accomodating. i saw the traditional lian dance performance in the hotel. the taxi reservation to the airport was easy to do.

the hotel features a sommelier, noble li, who is knowledgeable and friendly. the wine tasting experience was wonderful. the hotel gave us a wine guide at the end.

I found many food choices nearby. The MTR station was also close. Staff at the front desk assisted quickly with requests. I appreciated the efficiency and helpfulness .
